SICA has been formed by Industry leaders trading in FMCG and agriculture of hemp and cannabis, to address the issues surrounding the development of the current industry and framework. All members are enthusiastic about the prospects of a wide-scale industrialized and regulated cannabis market in Scotland and the wider UK and seek to ensure fair policies are developed and implemented.

Members of SICA join together to ensure an independent association, eliminating malpractice in the current market, which ensures that all whom participate in the legal commerce of the Cannabis market do so ethically and legally.
